Denny Brink and family moved to Lubbock in January, 1992 to establish Brink Fleet as a retail marketing center for PHH Arval, the second largest vehicle leasing company in the country.  Brink Fleet picks up and markets for PHH several hundred vehicles each year, both wholesale and retail.
